The Skinny by Ian Siegal and The Youngest Sons is nominated for Contemporary Blues Album of the Year in the 33rd Blues Music Awards announced on December 13 by the Blues Foundation in Memphis.
The Blues Music Awards are universally recognized as the highest accolade afforded musicians and songwriters in Blues music – in effect, the Grammys of the Blues. The awards are voted for by members of the Blues Foundation and will be announced at the Awards ceremony in Memphis on May 10.
