I have been using Curt Mangan strings on my electrics and acoustics for a few years and I have to say that they are a superior product. One important thing is that I experience far fewer breakages. Tone is great too.
I change my strings after every show because I tend to give them a fair hammering especially on my resonators (and I play long sets!); but on some occasions I’ll do a second or third show with the same strings and they still sound good. When you are a touring professional it’s reassuring to know you can rely on your strings to perform consistently.
